About 92% of homes are detached, mostly built from the mid-80s through the 90s, from family two-storeys to large estate homes along the ridge and lakefront. A small share of townhomes (about 7%) round it out.
Lake & association fees
Lake access is through the McKenzie Lake Residents Association, with mandatory fees for properties that carry the encumbrance on title. Not every home in McKenzie Lake has lake access. The separate McKenzie Lake Community Association (rink, courts, hall) is voluntary and open to everyone.
If lake access matters to you, we check title first. Two homes on neighbouring streets can have completely different access.
